HUGO BOSS will gladly accept any merchandise purchased from the HUGO BOSS Online Store, in its original unwashed condition within 30 days of delivery, for full refund, less return shipping costs. If you choose not to use the return shipping label provided, we suggest shipping your return using an insured and traceable carrier.
If you would like to make a return, please follow the instructions on the back of your order receipt included with your order. When returning merchandise, do not remove the original tags from the item(s) and repack the item(s) in its original packaging if possible. Make sure to include the order receipt in your returned package.
For your convenience, you may use the prepaid UPS return shipping label included in your order and place it on the outside of your return package. Make sure to keep the return tracking number for your records. Drop off your return package at either a UPS Drop Box, a UPS store, or at any other location that has regular UPS pick up visit ups.com for locations. Please note, if you use the prepaid UPS return shipping label, a shipping fee of $6.95 will be deducted from your refund amount.
You may select an alternative carrier of your choice and use the return label provided on the front of your order receipt. No return fee will be deducted by HUGO BOSS when choosing your own carrier.
Please allow 14 business days for receipt and processing of your returned merchandise. If the return is approved, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment only. Returns are also accepted at HUGO BOSS store locations within the United States (visit hugoboss.com for locations). Merchandise must be returned in its original, unused, unwashed condition within 30 days of delivery. For a full refund, bring your order receipt form and the original payment method to the HUGO BOSS store when you return the merchandise.
If you do not have your order receipt, your return will be processed for the current price of the item on the HUGO BOSS online store and receive HUGO BOSS store credit. If you are able to present your order receipt, but do not have your original form of payment method, you will receive HUGO BOSS store credit for the full amount of the item you purchased, less any applicable shipping costs.
If you receive an incorrect item or if the merchandise is damaged or defective, please contact the HUGO BOSS Customer Service Center immediately by calling 1-800-HUGOBOSS or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange, replace or credit altered merchandise.
HUGO BOSS does not offer exchanges. Should you require a different size, please return your original purchase and place a new order at HUGOBOSS.
CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
HUGO BOSS cannot change an order once it has been submitted. If you would like to change your order, you must first cancel the order and place a new one. To cancel an order after it has been submitted, please contact the HUGO BOSS customer service center immediately either by calling 1-800-HUGOBOSS or emailing email@example.com
If the order has not yet been processed, a customer service representative will be able to cancel your order and refund your credit card for the full amount. If the order has already been processed and you would still like to cancel your purchase, please follow the return instructions after receiving your package.
