Once you have chosen one of our products, you may add it to your shopping bag by clicking on "Add to Shopping Bag". You can easily retrieve and modify the content of your shopping bag by clicking on the respective symbol in the top right-hand corner of the page. To order the selected products, click on "Continue" and follow our step-by-step order process.
You will be asked whether you wish to place your order with or without a customer account. We recommend that you order with a customer account, as you will be able to take advantage of various extras and benefits, for example managing your orders and contact details quickly and conveniently. An overview of the many reasons for setting up a customer account (MY ACCOUNT) can be found here.
Next steps will be to provide your personal information and then to select the delivery and payment method. You have the option of shipping directly to the billing address or to an alternate shipping address. The invoice enclosed in your delivery will not be sent separately.
The last step provides you with an overview of your order and allows you to check and amend any of the information that you have provided. The order will not be placed unless you click on the "Order Now" button.
Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation e-mail. Please note that this e-mail only confirms receipt of your order. Once your order has been accepted and sent to you, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the tracking number, which allows you to track the status of your delivery online.
Should you not receive your order within seven business days following your shipment confirmation e-mail, please contact our Customer Service Center.
For technical reasons, it is not possible to amend the size, color or number of items once your order has been sent. We therefore ask you to please check your shopping bag carefully before finalizing your order.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information which you can track online at www.ups.com. If you do not receive your order within 5-7 business days via Standard Shipping or by the specified date for expedited shipping options, please contact our Customer Service team at 1-800-484-6267 or by emailing email@example.com.
For registered users: You may view the status of your order through email notifications or by signing into My Account to check the status of your order in your Order History.
For non-registered users: You may view the status of your order through email notifications or by contacting Customer Service at 1-800-484-6267 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Orders placed as a Guest are not stored or retrievable on our website.
The product view displays all of the items that are available at the time of your visit. Any sizes that are out of stock will be inactive or will be highlighted in grey.
In rare cases (for example during sales or holiday seasons), several customers may simultaneously select one item, which will then be out-of-stock. Items that have sold out can generally not be reordered. If this occurs, we will inform you by e-mail that the selected item is sold out. Due to return shipments, it is possible that a sold out item becomes available again.
Promotion codes and discounts can be used as a full or partial payment in the shopping bag. Please note that certain conditions may apply to the codes and discounts, for example a minimum order value. Only one promotion code can be used per order.
To redeem a promotion or coupon code enter the code in the field titled "promotion code" on the Shopping Bag page during check out.
