HUGO BOSS will gladly accept any merchandise purchased from the HUGO BOSS Online Store, free of charge, in-store and online. To receive free return shipping, you must use the prepaid UPS domestic return shipping label included with your order.

The item(s) must be new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise in resalable condition with original tags attached from the HUGO BOSS online store. Returns made within 30 days of the purchase date will be eligible for a full refund to the original form of payment.

For your convenience we have included a free prepaid UPS domestic return shipping label with your order. Please use enclosed shipping label and place it on the outside of your return package. Make sure to keep the return tracking number for your records. Drop off your return package at either a UPS Drop Box, a UPS store, or at any other location that has regular UPS pick up visit ups.com for locations. Please note to use our prepaid UPS labels shipments must be sent from the United States.

You may also return merchandise by selecting an alternative shipping carrier; however, HUGO BOSS will not be responsible for the costs associated with the return. We recommend selecting an insured and traceable shipping carrier. We are not responsible for import or shipping fees associated with returns sent from outside the United States. Ship the package to HUGO BOSS RETURNS, 5389 East Provident Drive, Cincinnati, OH 45246.

If you receive an incorrect item or if the merchandise is damaged or defective, please contact the HUGO BOSS Customer Service Center immediately by calling 1-800-HUGOBOSS or by emailing customerservice@hugoboss-store.com.

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange, replace or credit altered merchandise.

New, unworn, unaltered merchandise purchased from the HUGO BOSS Online Store may be returned to non-outlet HUGO BOSS store locations. New, unworn, unaltered merchandise purchased from the HUGO BOSS Online Store may not be returned to Factory Outlet or Outlet store locations.

At present, HUGO BOSS does not offer exchanges. Should you require a different size, please return your original purchase and place a new order at The HUGO BOSS Online Store.

Please allow 14 business days for receipt and processing of your returned merchandise. If the return is approved, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment only. Returns are also accepted at HUGO BOSS store locations within the United States (visit hugoboss.com for locations). Merchandise must be returned in its original, unused, unwashed condition within 30 days of delivery. For a full refund, bring your order receipt form and the original payment method to the HUGO BOSS store when you return the merchandise.

If you do not have your order receipt, your return will be processed for the current price of the item on the HUGO BOSS online store and receive HUGO BOSS store credit. If you are able to present your order receipt, but do not have your original form of payment method, you will receive HUGO BOSS store credit for the full amount of the item you purchased, less any applicable shipping costs.

We cannot accept items that have been worn beyond being tried on.

In the unlikely event that you do not receive the confirmation e-mail within 15 days of posting your return shipment to us, please contact our Customer Service center, with your order number.

HUGO BOSS cannot change an order once it has been submitted. If you would like to change your order, you must first cancel the order and place a new one. To cancel an order after it has been submitted, please contact the HUGO BOSS customer service center immediately either by calling 1-800-HUGOBOSS or emailing customerservice@hugoboss-store.com

If the order has not yet been processed, a customer service representative will be able to cancel your order and refund your credit card for the full amount. If the order has already been processed and you would still like to cancel your purchase, please follow the return instructions after receiving your package.
