Merchandise returns purchased from the HUGO BOSS Online Store may be returned to the online store via the free prepaid UPS shipping label included with your original order or at local non-outlet HUGO BOSS store locations. To receive free return shipping, you must use the prepaid UPS domestic return shipping label included with your order.
To return or exchange, the item(s) must be new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise in resalable condition with original tags attached from the HUGO BOSS online store. Returns and exchanges made within 30 days of the purchase date will be eligible for a full refund to the original form of payment or for an exchange for requested merchandise.

For your convenience we have included a free prepaid UPS domestic return shipping label with your order. Please use enclosed shipping label and place it on the outside of your return package. Make sure to keep the return tracking number for your records. Drop off your return package at either a UPS Drop Box, a UPS store, or at any other location that has regular UPS pick up visit ups.com for locations. Please note to use our prepaid UPS labels shipments must be sent from the United States.
You may also return merchandise by selecting an alternative shipping carrier; however, HUGO BOSS will not be responsible for the costs associated with the return. We recommend selecting an insured and traceable shipping carrier. We are not responsible for import or shipping fees associated with returns sent from outside the United States. Online returns made in store must be accompanied by the receipt included with your order or a copy of your shipping confirmation.

HUGO BOSS offers exchanges new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise in resalable condition with original tags attached within 30 days of the purchase date. Simply select your preferred method of exchange below and follow the steps to ensure a smooth exchange process.
- Exchange by Phone: Call 1-800-HUGO BOSS to process your exchange by phone. We will place a new order with you by phone and send replacement merchandise immediately. Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we will issue your credit for the returned items. Just fill out the returns portion of the form in your package and leave the area for exchanges empty to avoid a duplicate shipment. Ship the product using the provided FREE pre-paid return shipping label. Be sure to keep retain a copy of the tracking number for your records.
- Exchange by Mail: Please fill out the RETURNS portion of the form included in your order. Under EXCHANGES list the items you would like in exchange, including size, quantity, color and price. Include this slip inside your package. Utilize the FREE pre-paid shipping label for your convenience
Exchanges of a Higher Value
- If you are exchanging for merchandise of higher value, please include payment information for the remaining balance with your order in the provided fields. If no method of payment is provided, we will be unable to process the exchange and a refund will be applied to the payment method used on the original order.
- If you are exchanging merchandise that was lower in price at the time of purchase than the current selling price at the time of your exchange, you are not required to pay the difference for a size exchange. For example, if you only want to exchange it for the same item in a larger/smaller size. If another size is not available a refund will be applied to the payment method used on the original order for the original price paid for the item.
If you have requested an exchange for the item(s) you have returned, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email when your exchange is on its way. If we are unable to process your exchange, your credit card will be refunded and a customer service representative will reach out to you.
Please allow 14 business days for receipt and processing of your returned merchandise. If the return is approved, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment only. Returns are also accepted at HUGO BOSS store locationswithin the United States. Merchandise must be returned in its original, unused, unwashed condition within 30 days of the purchase date. For a full refund, bring your order receipt form and the original payment method to the HUGO BOSS store when you return the merchandise.
If you do not have your order receipt, your return will be processed for the current price of the item on the HUGO BOSS online store and receive HUGO BOSS store credit. If you are able to present your order receipt, but do not have your original form of payment method, you will receive HUGO BOSS store credit for the full amount of the item you purchased, less any applicable shipping costs.
We cannot accept items that have been worn beyond being tried on.
In the unlikely event that you do not receive the confirmation e-mail within 15 days of posting your return shipment to us, please contact our Customer Service center, with your order number.

HUGO BOSS cannot change an order once it has been submitted. If you would like to change your order, you must first cancel the order and place a new one. To cancel an order after it has been submitted, please contact the HUGO BOSS customer service center immediately either by calling 1-800-HUGOBOSS or emailing email@example.com
If the order has not yet been processed, a customer service representative will be able to cancel your order and refund your credit card for the full amount. If the order has already been processed and you would still like to cancel your purchase, please follow the return instructions after receiving your package.
